Main Requirements:
- Dominant in terms of business process
- Familiar with business organizations and inter-organization processes
- The ability to define the key metrics of business processes
- The ability to document processes, instructions, recommendations
- The ability to perform process optimization and propose new processes
- The ability to monitor and measure the business processes
Main Tasks:
- Defining the key metrics of business processes
- Monitoring the existing processes,
- Monitoring the inter-organizational processes to find the defects and bottlenecks
- Analyzing processes and identifying ways to reduce waste, improve workflow, and otherwise increase efficiency
- Performing optimizations on existing processes
- Performing CI (continues improvements) if needed
- Performing BPR if needed
- Following up the implementation of any process improvements with participant teams
- Updating all the documentation of processes, instructions, recommendations with process notation (Visio)
- Communicating all the process-related topics with corresponding teams
- Implementing the processes and workflows on JIRA and Dynamic CRM
- Communicating the Dynamic CRM requirements with the third-party company and taking over the results
Professional Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Preferred Software Skills:
- JIRA
- Dynamic CRM
- Visio - Working knowledge or experience in business process modeling
Preferred Education:
- Industrial Engineering (optimization field)
- IT Engineering (organizational architecture field)
- Software Engineering
and it is preferred to have at least 2 years experience in the field.
