• Dominant in terms of business process
• Familiar with business organizations and inter-organization processes
• The ability to define the key metrics of business processes
• The ability to document processes, instructions, recommendations
• The ability to perform process optimization and propose new processes
• The ability to monitor and measure the business processes

• Defining the key metrics of business processes
• Monitoring the existing processes,
• Monitoring the inter-organizational processes to find the defects and bottlenecks
• Analyzing processes and identifying ways to reduce waste, improve workflow, and otherwise increase efficiency
• Performing optimizations on existing processes
• Performing CI (continues improvements) if needed
• Performing BPR if needed
• Following up the implementation of any process improvements with participant teams 
• Updating all the documentation of processes, instructions, recommendations with process notation (Visio)
• Communicating all the process-related topics with corresponding teams
• Implementing the processes and workflows on JIRA and Dynamic CRM
• Communicating the Dynamic CRM requirements with the third-party company and taking over the results

• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
• Preferred Software Skills:
   - JIRA
   - Dynamic CRM
   - Visio
• Working knowledge or experience in business process modeling

• Industrial Engineering (optimization field) 
• IT Engineering (organizational architecture field)
• Software Engineering
