• Requirement Gathering & Prioritization: Clearly define product requirements, document use cases, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and assess key business metrics, gather insights, and suggest improvements to ensure successful product adoption.
• Customer-Focused Approach: Conduct research and gather user feedback to improve product experience.
• Process Management & Coordination: Ensure product development follows structured workflows and methodologies (e.g., Agile/SCRUM).
• Communication & Reporting: Provide clear updates on project progress, ensuring transparency across teams and stakeholders.

• Highly structured and process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain discipline in execution.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to coordinate across teams.
• Experience in SCRUM and Agile methodologies to manage product development efficiently.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex issues into actionable steps.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
• Prior experience in product management or related roles within a tech environment is a plus.
