Description :

We are looking for a Product Manager to organize, prioritize and assess work for our scrum team.
Product Manager responsibilities include gathering feature requests, scheduling releases, and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
Ultimately, you’ll help us roll out products that deliver our company’s vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and sort meetings with customers and business owners to gather feedback and prepare business needs and stories.
  • Arrange meetings with cross-functional teams (support, marketing, finance, sales...) and coordinate between them.
  • Create customer journey roadmaps based on gathering data and Track its implementation by the team.
  • Prepare user stories and discuss them with the development team in the domain sessions and determine priorities based on estimates.
  • Have close interaction with UI/UX design team to reach a robust and steady user experience.
  • Arrange demo meetings with business owners and customers and organize usability test sessions.
  • Analyze GA and Firebase data to take data-oriented decisions on improving the product development process.
  • Responsible for product portfolio KPIs and team KPIs
Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in product manager/owner or product data analysis
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
