شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience of our innovative products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, with the ability to understand and translate user needs into engaging and functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers.
  • Create and maintain design documentation, including user personas, journey maps, and design specifications.
  • Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
  • Advocate for the end-user in all stages of the design and development process.

Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
  • Research Skills: Strong skills in user research, including conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Innovation: Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends and advancements in UX design.
