شرح موقعیت شغلی

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and community-driven Social Media Specialist to build and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X). You will be responsible for not just content creation, but for building an engaged and active community around our brand. This is a critical role that blends storytelling, trend awareness, brand voice building, and digital relationship management.

Key Responsibilities ?

Develop and execute a tailored social media strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, carousels, threads, etc.) aligned with our tone and mission.
Build and manage online communities: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions; spark conversations; and grow meaningful interactions.
Run audience growth campaigns and community challenges.
Analyze engagement, follower growth, and post performance; optimize based on insights.
Stay on top of platform trends, meme culture, hashtags, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and product teams to ensure aligned messaging.

Experience:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand, startup, or agency.
Proven track record of growing communities organically.
Experience with B2B or tech-related content is a plus.

Skills:

Deep understanding of each platform's algorithms, best practices, and content formats.
Strong visual eye for content aesthetics (especially Instagram).
Great copywriting and storytelling skills in English.
Comfortable using tools like Canva, Figma, Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, or similar.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Twitter/X Studio).

Personal Traits:
Creative and trend-sensitive.
Proactive, social, and collaborative.
Community-minded — you love starting conversations and bringing people together.
Organized and consistent in content scheduling.

Nice to Have:
Experience in fintech, ecommerce, or Web3 ecosystems.
Familiarity with paid campaigns, influencer outreach, or community events.
Multilingual ability (especially Persian/English if your audience is mixed).
