شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers.
Create and maintain design documentation, including user personas, journey maps, and design specifications.
Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Advocate for the end-user in all stages of the design and development process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a similar industry.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Strong skills in user research, including conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers.
Demonstrated experience with user-centered design thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity through a strong portfolio.
