شرح موقعیت شغلی

we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to act as a critical bridge between our Support, Product, and Engineering teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into production issues, working with data and APIs, and taking full ownership of problem resolution.

Responsibilities
• Investigate and analyze technical issues escalated from Customer Support, partners, or internal teams
• Diagnose production issues by analyzing logs, system behavior, and backend services
Support customers and partners in using APIs based on available documentation
• Perform basic API testing using tools such as Postman
• Conduct initial troubleshooting using HTTP methods, status codes, and request/response payloads
• Resolve issues directly when possible and clearly report software bugs to Engineering when development is required
• Log, track, and follow up on issues using Jira or similar ticketing systems until full resolution
• Communicate progress, changes, and resolutions to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
• Document recurring issues, root causes, and solutions to improve operational efficiency and support processes

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Technical Support, Production Support
Good understanding of backend systems, APIs, logs, and software bugs
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, and status codes
• Experience using Postman or similar API testing tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working with Jira or other ticketing systems

• Previous experience in FinTech, LendTech, or product-based startups
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools in production environments
• Experience supporting third-party integrations and external partners
• Understanding of high-availability or financial transaction systems
