شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • User Communication: Manage and respond to user messages and calls, ensuring proper handling and referral of inquiries.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between teams, track progress, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Organize, categorize, and provide timely reports on ongoing tasks and follow-ups to the Marketing Manager.
  • Task Prioritization: Assist in managing and prioritizing responsibilities to ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing activities.
Requirements:

  • Teamwork Experience: At least one year of experience working in a team-based environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally while following up on tasks.
