شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior DevOps Operations Specialist to join our team at Parstasmim. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of service management and DevOps practices, working closely with the service management team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.


Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operational tasks and ensure the seamless functioning of IT services.
  • Collaborate with the service management team to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Help manage service requests and incident responses, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Document operational processes and procedures, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Assist in the deployment and release of software updates.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of service management principles and ITIL framework.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies (e.g., CI/CD, automation, containerization).
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
