We're looking for a strong developer who's excited about solving real technical problems and building backend systems. Python is our primary language, but we care more about engineering ability and mindset than experience with any specific framework.
What You'll Do
Design and build scalable backend services.
Debug and resolve issues, including production problems.
Contribute to API design and distributed systems.
Improve performance, reliability, and security.
Review code and collaborate closely with the rest of the dev team.
Work with Linux, Docker, databases, and network services.
What We Value
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Familiarity with maintainable software design principles.
Experience with Git, testing, CI/CD, or Docker (even from personal projects).
Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
Genuine curiosity and motivation to learn new things.

Nice to Have
Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
