Parspooyesh Fanavar is a knowledge-based pioneer company in Iran's Telecom Market for two decades and is proud to have been able to go all this way, relying on young Iranian engineers' knowledge and efforts and being warm-hearted to support its customers. It is determined to continue to be proud of being a technologist in the future, as in the past, and to help the country's IT industry.
To strengthen its support team, Parspooyesh is looking for engineers with the following qualifications as support team
The company is open from Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 5 pm
Responsibilities:
- Understanding user stories through communication with product managers and writing scenarios
- Story elaboration, grooming, and acceptance.
- Finalizing the scenarios through communication with tech leads.
- Coordinating with all squad members to expedite delivering functional solutions.
- Assisting product managers in prioritizing product features and bug fixes.
- Creating product documents such as State Machines, Wireframe, Mockups, and diagrams.
- Creating support and training documents for internal and external users.
- Monitoring and reporting on users’ reactions after shipping a feature on production and suggesting improvements to product managers.
- Preparing and organizing feature/project status and report status, risks, and delays to product managers and key stakeholders.
Requirements & Key Skills :
- 1+ years of working experience
- Solid verbal and written communications skills
- Familiar with Kanban methodology in product development
- Familiar with Agile Thinking
- Ability to prioritize, schedule, and continuously update the backlog
- Ability to test software (manual and user testing)
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Ability to learn, adapt and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Creative Personality is an advantage
- Must have a "can-do" attitude – the desire to go above and beyond in all you do
- Being eager to learn and stay up to date in one's position and dynamically learning new skills related to product ownership and staying up to date with the owning product’s scope.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Bonus:
- Familiar with Gherkin Syntax for the user stories is a plus.
- Familiar with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) is a plus
- Experience in the process of developing Telecom or Computer Networking products is a plus
- Familiar with API Design is a plus

شرکت پارس پویش فن آور در سال ۱۳۸۲ با هدف اصلی تولید نرم‌افزار به ثبت رسیده است. این شرکت از بدو تاسیس تاکنون خدمات متنوعی به جامعه بزرگ IT ارائه نموده است و یکی از پیشگامان عرصه فن آوری اطلاعات در ایران می باشد. اهداف اولیه این شرکت نصب وراه اندازی ISP، پشتیبانی فنی، تامین امنیت و گسترش فعالیت های وابسته به آن بود که در همین راستا نرم افزار IBS ویژه حسابداری، گزارش گیری، کنترل اعتبار و میزان کارکرد کاربران اینترنت، توسط تیم برنامه نویسی این شرکت طراحی گردید.
