شرح موقعیت شغلی

A reputable shipping company is seeking qualified and motivated candidates to join its team for the following position:

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers and develop new business opportunities in the shipping, logistics, and international transportation sectors.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and prepare competitive freight quotations and commercial offers.
Negotiate rates, commercial terms, and service conditions with customers and business partners.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, bookings, shipments, and customer requirements.
Coordinate closely with Operations, Customer Service, Documentation, and Finance departments.
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the company’s business development strategy.
Monitor market trends, competitors, freight rates, and customer requirements.
Participate in domestic and international exhibitions, trade fairs and business events
Prepare regular sales activity and market reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business growth.

Candidate Requirements

2 – 5 years of relevant experience in shipping, international transportation, freight forwarding and logistics,.
Good knowledge of international transportation, shipping, logistics, and foreign trade.
Familiarity with ocean freight, container shipping, FCL/LCL, container types, shipping routes, ports, and freight rates is an advantage.
Committed, responsible, disciplined, well-organized, and punctual.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to identify sales opportunities and develop new markets.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong business communication skills.
Strong follow-up, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
