شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to design, build, and operate production-grade backend systems and data pipelines. This is a hands-on, architecture-driven role with full ownership of services from development to monitoring.

Responsibilities:
-Design, build, and maintain scalable Python backend services
-Develop high-performance, async APIs using FastAPI
-Implement and manage distributed background workflows with Celery
-Design, migrate, and optimize PostgreSQL schemas using Alembic
-Build and optimize Elasticsearch indexes and search pipelines
-Develop production-ready data pipelines (ETL, enrichment, indexing)
-Containerize services with Docker and deploy on Kubernetes
-Own services end-to-end: development → deployment → monitoring
-Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and AI teams
-Review code, improve architecture, and mentor engineers

Required Technical Skills:
Strong Python experience in production backend systems
FastAPI
Celery
PostgreSQL (schema design, performance, migrations)
Alembic
Elasticsearch
Docker
Git with clean workflows and PR reviews
CI/CD using GitHub Actions
Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, environment awareness)

Nice to Have Skills:
Experience building agentic workflows (LLM-driven or tool-based)
Strong understanding of batch and streaming data pipelines
Hands-on experience with semantic search, reranking, and retrieval systems
Experience with pgvector and embedding-based search
Familiarity with modern LLM tooling and AI stacks
Effective use of AI code generators (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) in production
Understanding of observability, performance tuning, and reliability at scale

"برخلاف آب شنا کردن" مهارت و توانمندی می‌خواهد و پنگوئن که از سریع ترین گونه شناکنندگان هم هست بهتر از بقیه جانداران می‌تواند از پس این کار برآید. به گمان ما پنگوئن نماد درستی برای پرانتز است .برای ما که می‌خواهیم کلیشه های منابع انسانی را تغییر دهیم.. می‌خواهیم پرانتز پنگوئن نماد "تحول "باشد. در حوزه ی منابع انسانی. می‌خواهیم صدای "آب از آهن جدا کردنمان" به گوش خیلی‌ها برسد
