About Us:
We are at the forefront of revolutionizing kids' plushy toys and how kids consume stories. Our innovative toy and application offer parents the unique opportunity to craft personalized audio stories for their children aged 1-10 years with more focus on toddlers. By merging advanced technology with the timelessness of storytelling, we aim to educate, entertain, and create bonds within families, while ensuring kids get reduced screen time.

Position Overview:
As a remote Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing social media strategies to promote our brand and engage with our audience across various platforms. For this remote position, you will be expected to adhere to the UK working hour schedule, with Saturdays and Sundays designated as your days off.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate high-quality content for social media channels.
Manage and schedule posts, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
Monitor social media trends and stay updated on platform changes.
Engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
Analyze social media data to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong creative and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage remote work effectively.
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
A passion for staying current with digital trends and emerging platforms.
