شرح موقعیت شغلی

Parasteh is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both accounting and corporate finance, a proven track record in team leadership, and the strategic vision to assist with corporate financing. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable growth

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Accounting Leadership: Oversee all daily accounting operations and financial management, ensuring absolute accuracy, transparency, and adherence to industry best practices

P&L Management & Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports, with a strong focus on Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts

Financing & Capital Strategy: Actively assist in corporate financing and fundraising efforts. Manage strategic relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions to secure necessary capital

Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability

Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the latest legal trends, tax laws, and statutory requirements. Ensure the company operates in full compliance with all relevant financial regulations to mitigate risk

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop annual budgets, financial models, and long-term strategic plans

Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred)

Proven and extensive experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or a similar senior role.

Mastery of core accounting principles and corporate finance concepts

Strong expertise in generating and analyzing P&L statements to drive profitability

Demonstrated hands-on experience in corporate financing, capital allocation, or fundraising

Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Deep knowledge of financial regulations, legal frameworks, and compliance standards
