شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are expanding our Operations team within an international financial infrastructure environment and are looking for detail-oriented and analytical individuals to join our growing operation.

Mission:
Support and monitor trading operations infrastructure while ensuring operational accuracy, system stability, and smooth execution flow across internal trading environments.

Responsibilities:

Monitor trading and operational systems
Assist with platform configuration and operational controls
Monitor pricing flow and execution-related parameters
Report operational incidents, irregularities, and system issues
Coordinate closely with Technical and Operations teams
Support internal operational processes and workflow execution
Maintain operational accuracy and follow structured procedures
Contribute to improving operational efficiency and monitoring processes

Requirements & Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with numbers and data
Ability to monitor systems and react quickly in sensitive situations
High level of responsibility and consistency under pressure
Familiarity with financial markets or trading environments is a strong advantage
Understanding of concepts such as Pricing, Spread, Liquidity, or Commission is a plus
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
Strong communication and coordination skills
Prior professional experience is not mandatory

Training and operational onboarding will be provided for qualified candidates.
