شرح موقعیت شغلی

A Trading Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all investment and trading activities of the crypto exchange platform. This individual will be responsible for managing portfolios, evaluating market performance, assessing risks, and executing strategic trades. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical abilities, a deep understanding of financial instruments, and hands-on experience in trading and portfolio management across multiple asset classes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, evaluate, and manage the company’s investment and trading operations across digital and traditional markets.
  • Assess, calculate, and manage risk, return, and performance metrics while developing strategies to optimize risk control and profitability.
  • Execute and supervise daily, weekly, and quarterly trading operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes.
  • Monitor and manage investment portfolios, ensuring diversification and strategic alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct fundamental and technical analyses to support strategic decision-making and trading strategies.
  • Track and analyze global economic and political developments that may impact financial and crypto markets.
  • Prepare detailed market monitoring reports and performance reviews for internal and executive teams.
  • Manage all administrative and operational aspects of trading, including invoice control, pre-forms, confirmations, and settlement procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant trading regulations and internal policies.
  • Participate in the development of new investment products and trading strategies.
Requirements

  • Deep understanding of financial instruments, capital markets, and trading platforms (both online and offline).
  • Strong grasp of risk management principles and performance evaluation methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of futures, options, and other derivative products.
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis and corporate valuation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Preferred Skills

  • Experience in crypto trading or digital asset management.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management systems (PMS) or risk management tools.
  • Exposure to fund mechanics, including NAV calculation and performance attribution.
