شرح موقعیت شغلی

• - At least 3 years of experience in video game production or related experience
• - Understanding game design principles and systems
• - Knowledge of F2P concepts and revenue-generating systems in these games
• - Ability to interact constructively with other team members using document design
• - Knowledge of mathematics, statistics and F2P game economies
• - Ability to work with spreadsheet tools such as Excel
• - Familiarity with hero-based games and mechanics
• - Understanding of UI/UX concepts

• - Ideation and creation of new game play, concepts, and mechanisms
• - Design of new systems and features for the game
• - Improvement of existing game systems and mechanics
• - Monthly character balancing and game economy analysis
• - Ideation and execution of in-game events based on important events
• - Planning the game's progression and roadmap with the project manager

• - Being familiar with Paeezan Game Studio games, especially "Mafioso"
• - Experience with LiveOps and experience directing LiveOps for a Live game
• - Experience working on a Live mobile game
• - Knowledge of Unity game engine and programming experience in C#
• - Familiarity with Python programming language
• - Being familiar with Google Apps Script
• Work hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 9 to 5 pm on-site with flexible hours
• Location: Seyyed Khandan area, Tehran, Iran
