Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Develop and execute a business plan for a new startup from scratch.
- Identify and secure funding sources to bring the business plan to fruition.
- Establish a business infrastructure, including setting up operations, hiring staff, and creating business goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and external partners to drive business growth and profitability.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities to improve the business.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and generate leads.
- Establish and maintain high-quality standards for products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for the industry and business type.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing business plans for startups or new ventures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish relationships with customers, investors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets and financial reports.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for businesses.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team as required to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in marketing and sales, including digital marketing and social media.
- Passionate about building and growing businesses.
