شرح موقعیت شغلی

Senior Product Managers possess a deep understanding of product development methodologies, market trends, and customer needs. Senior Product Manager lead cross-functional teams to bring products to life, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's vision and business goals
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities
  • Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring they align with customer needs and business objectives
  • Lead and manage the product development process from ideation to launch, including prioritizing features, managing timelines, and ensuring quality
  • Track product performance using data analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Build and mentor product teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, engineering, marketing, and sales teams
  • Represent the product team and advocate for product-related decisions across the organization
Skills:

  • Proven product management expertise with 5+ years of experience in a relevant industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and achieving shared goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to align product strategies with business objectives
  • Deep understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean
  • Expertise in market research and analysis, with the ability to gather and interpret customer feedback

  • Knowledge of relevant industry trends and technologies, staying ahead of emerging trends and potential disruptions
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field
  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field may be preferred
