Summary

Ostadkar is looking for a senior IT Help desk specialist. This experienced professional shall be part of our technical team and going to support all organization infrastructural needs. You are going to help to maintain our network infrastructure and workstations. Ostadkar is seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our full-time team in Tehran, Iran. Identify needs and problems and proactively drive to solutions.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting PCs, network issues and VOIP

Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate networks, in-house and cloud servers include VMware and corporate solutions such as Zoho.

  • Participate in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery infrastructure planning, building, and testing, including network performance, security, anti-virus, intrusion, web usage/monitoring, design, and acquisition of servers.
  • Install, modify, enhance, test, and implement standard configurations for the deployment of workstations, servers, (both Virtual and physical), and
  • other network components and client software
  •                Provide on-site network support for divisional offices and remote hearing locations. Resolve problems reported by end users.                                 

Minimum Requirements

  •   Proven experience in a network administrator role.                                                                                                                      
  • Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure.                                                 
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.                                                                                                   
  • Excellent organizational, prioritizing and multitasking skills.                                                                                                             
  • Excellent knowledge about Windows and Linux operating system.
