شرح موقعیت شغلی

Ostadkar is looking for an experienced product manager. This skilled professional shall be part of our product team and contribute directly to the development of our applications, products, and services. You are going to solve daily product challenges and delivering excellent solutions for building a product-market fit business by communicating with different company-wide departments. You have a perfect analytical approach toward problem-solving, considering three essential parts: Why What, and How. Ostadkar is seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our full-time/part-time team in Tehran, Iran. Identify needs and challenges and proactively drive to solutions.

Responsibilities 


  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
  • Drive product launches, including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
  • Always learning about new product management frameworks and be an evangelist in the company.
  • You are communicating product plans, release plans, and roadmap with other departments.
Skills And Requirements 


  • Minimum +3 years of experience as a Product Manager. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Be a data-driven decision-maker.
  • Excellent analytical skill sets.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Experience with A/B testing strategies.
