شرح موقعیت شغلی

:Ostadkar is looking for a UI / UX Designer to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities

Proficiency in creating user stories, personas, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes and storyboards

Ability to plan and conduct user testing, surveys, and formal evaluations

Ability to iterate design based on user testing data and qualitative feedback

Understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture

Knowledge of industry tools: Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Zeplin

Understanding of design principles and theories, aesthetics, ui design patterns and frameworks, digital color theory and visual design

Ability to translate concepts, goals, objectives, and data into digital experiences

Understanding of business metrics, and how design contribute to performance

Ability to collaborate in cross-departmental teams

Strong project management and time management skills

Strong communication and presentation skills; an ability to articulate and discuss design decisions with team members and stakeholders

 

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a team-centric, result-oriented who is determined to make the impossible happen. We are looking for someone with relevant experience in the start-up and/or tech ecosystem who can bring energy, experience, creativity, and perseverance to our team. The following lists a few requirements and nice-to-have qualifications

3+ Years experience in UI / UX Design or related fields

Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and rapidly changing priorities. Resourceful and well-organized

Team working experience e.g. building timelines, gathering requirements and implementing cross-team projects on-time

Passion, specifically about the learning and execution

Belief in growth as a system, not one-off tactics
