Ostado is an online tutoring platform where learners connect with tutors to learn languages and STEM. We started in Iran (under the name OstadBank) in 2017 and now we intend to expand to international markets.

We are currently seeking a person to join our team who possesses the following abilities for SEO in English:

Skills:

Quality Link Acquisition Skills: The ability to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative and relevant websites. This includes evaluating link building opportunities and implementing effective strategies for building a strong backlink profile.
Google-friendly Off-Page Optimization: Implementing off-page optimization strategies that comply with Google's guidelines and improve a website's authority and reputation through activities such as link building, social media engagement, and online reputation management.
Keyword Research: Conducting keyword research to identify relevant and high-potential keywords that can drive organic search traffic. This involves using keyword research tools and analyzing search volume, competition, and user intent.
Local SEO: Understanding and implementing strategies to improve a website's visibility and ranking in local search results, particularly for businesses targeting specific geographical areas.
On-Page Optimization: The ability to optimize web pages to improve their visibility and ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs). This involves optimizing meta tags, content relevancy, keyword integration, semantic relevance,Topical Authority, Topic Clustering and other on-page elements.
Outreach with Websites: The ability to conduct outreach and establish relationships with other websites and online platforms for various purposes, such as link building, content promotion, and collaboration opportunities. This includes reaching out to website owners, bloggers, influencers, and journalists to secure guest posting opportunities, backlinks, and partnerships.
PR(Public Relations): This skill involves understanding how to manage the reputation of a brand or website and leverage PR strategies to enhance visibility, build relationships with media outlets, and secure coverage in online publications or news outlets.
Lead Generation and Reporting Systems: Enhancing lead generation processes, capturing leads effectively, and implementing reporting systems to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SEO and digital marketing efforts.
Technical SEO: This includes recommending and implementing fixes for issues such as website speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and site structure.
Content Writing Strategy: Developing an effective content strategy that aligns with SEO goals.
SEO Audits: Conducting thorough audits of websites to identify areas for improvement in terms of SEO best practices, technical issues, and content optimization.

Requirements:

Creative Thinking: Demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative SEO strategies, overcome challenges, and identify opportunities for website optimization.
International SEO Experience: Possess a strong understanding of international SEO best practices and experience in optimizing websites for global audiences. Familiarity with multilingual SEO, hreflang tags, international keyword research, and localization strategies is preferred.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively allocate resources.
Result-Oriented: Track record of delivering measurable results in terms of increased organic search traffic, improved search engine rankings, and enhanced online visibility.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey SEO strategies, recommendations, and performance reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and the ability to interpret SEO metrics, website analytics, and keyword research data to drive actionable insights and optimize SEO strategies.
Adaptability and Learning Agility: Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the SEO industry.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail when performing on-page optimizations, conducting SEO audits, and evaluating backlink profiles. Thoroughly review and optimize meta tags, content relevancy, keyword integration, and other SEO elements to ensure the highest quality standards.
Familiarity with SEO Tools: Proficiency in using industry-standard SEO tools, such as Screaming Frog, Majestic, SpamZilla, AlsoAsked, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar software, for keyword research, competitive analysis, backlink analysis, and performance tracking.

Working Conditions:

Our working conditions are full-time and completely remote.
Our working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday through Wednesday.
