Four is a personal digital asset wallet that enables users to **securely store, transfer, and convert digital assets** in a simple and transparent way. The platform supports a universe of **20,000+ tokens**, including cryptocurrencies and tokenized assets such as precious metals.

We are looking for an experienced **Product Manager** who is passionate about digital assets and has a deep understanding of crypto products such as wallets, token conversion flows, and exchange integrations to help drive product innovation and growth.

**Responsibilities**

- Define the **product vision, strategy, and roadmap** for Four’s digital asset wallet platform  
- Collaborate with **engineering, design, marketing, and growth teams** to deliver high-quality product features  
- Lead the **product lifecycle from concept to launch**, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals  
- Design and improve key product experiences such as **wallet management, token transfers, asset conversions, and portfolio dashboards**  
- Analyze **market trends, user feedback, and competitor products** to identify opportunities for growth and improvement  
- Work with stakeholders to **prioritize product features** based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility  
- Continuously improve the product through **user research, experimentation, and iterative development**  
- Track and analyze **key product metrics** to optimize performance, usability, and engagement

**Requirements**

- Proven experience as a **Product Manager**, preferably in **fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain-based products**  
- Strong understanding of the **cryptocurrency ecosystem, digital wallets, and exchange infrastructure**  
- Experience working with **cross-functional teams** in an Agile development environment  
- Excellent **communication and stakeholder management skills**  
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills** with a data-driven mindset  
- Ability to **prioritize and manage multiple initiatives** simultaneously  
- Experience with **product management tools** such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms
