شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Mission:

Own a product domain end‑to‑end—from discovery through delivery and growth. Translate customer and data insights into an executable roadmap, drive cross‑functional execution, and achieve business outcomes while meeting security and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

● Strategy & Discovery: Define product vision and OKRs, prioritize based on impact, conduct user interviews and qualitative/quantitative analysis, and validate hypotheses through rapid experiments.

● Product Delivery: Write clear PRDs and acceptance criteria, break Epics into Stories in Jira, and plan go‑to‑market in partnership with Marketing and Support.

●Metrics Ownership: Define and monitor growth and health dashboards, and drive continuous improvement.

● Stakeholder Management: Align with Finance, Support, and other teams; manage risk/fraud; and communicate status, risks, and decisions transparently to senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications (Must‑Have):

● 5+ years of product management experience in fintech/trading/crypto, with end‑to‑end ownership of a product area and a track record of impactful delivery.

● Mastery of discovery/delivery practices, data‑driven prioritization, and cross‑functional collaboration.

● Deep familiarity with the exchange user lifecycle.

● Ability to define metrics, design experiments, and analyze results; data literacy with Looker, Metabase, Amplitude, or GA4. SQL is a plus; coding is not required.

● Hands‑on experience with Jira and close collaboration with Design (Figma) and Engineering.

● Understanding of crypto fundamentals and infrastructure: wallets/custody, networks, stablecoins, fees, and revenue models.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice‑to‑Have):

●Experience at a crypto exchange, online brokerage, or payment service provider.

●Track record of mentoring or leading other PMs.

●Experience launching growth programs such as referrals, VIP/tiered fees, and activation campaigns.

Work Model:

Full‑time — Tehran. Flexible working hours with overlap with engineering teams
