شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Infrastructure to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust BI infrastructure, ensuring optimal data management, and providing insightful reports to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and implement scalable and secure data infrastructure to support business intelligence and data analytics.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate data storage solutions, including ClickHouse and other potential future data warehouse technologies.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all data storage and processing systems.
  • Manage and optimize MySQL databases to support operational needs and data analysis.
 

Business Intelligence and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain BI tools and dashboards using Metabase and other relevant technologies.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of data infrastructure and BI systems.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data processing and reporting workflows.
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
 

Collaboration:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our data infrastructure.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar senior role.
  • Strong expertise in data infrastructure design, including relational databases (MySQL) and data warehouses (ClickHouse or similar).
  •  Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration.
  • Experience with BI tools and platforms, particularly Apache Superset.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with various data storage solutions and the ability to adapt to new technologies as needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial technology industry.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
