شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Okala, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager (Ad Services) who will own and grow strategic brand relationships, drive advertising revenue, and ensure campaign success through strong client partnership and performance focus. In this role, you will directly contribute to revenue growth, brand retention, and the expansion of our advertising portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large brands.
Drive sales of our advertising services.
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
Collaborate effectively with the internal teams, including product and design teams.
Provide expert advertising advice and solutions to clients.
Manage client contracts, including renewals and modifications.
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and complaints.
Track and analyze marketing KPIs to ensure campaign success.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in advertising agencies or media sales
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital advertising
Proven experience managing relationships with large brands
Ability to manage contracts, negotiations, and revenue targets
Strong communication and presentation skills
Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
