شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Motivate and help art director to coach the team to ensure maximum engagement and creativity in all projects
Ensure creative briefs for high-level business projects are interpreted and acted upon effectively
Taking leadership of creative projects and ensuring brand consistency across all of the team’s work
Mastering the principles of aesthetics, color and typography
Having proper knowledge of marketing and branding
understanding users and how they will interact with the design, focusing on conversion best practices, and prioritizing results over personal preferences.
Creating new ideas and furthering creative thinking where possible
Prioritize and manage multiple projects by adhering to critical project timelines
Actively follow global retail trends and be proactive in contributing fresh ideas that will delight consumers
Develop concepts by hand and software, and execute original content
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Deep knowledge of Graphic Design Software, especially Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Be able to teamwork and collaborate with other designers and teams
Planning and implementing effective design solutions for a wide variety of digital formats, including web graphics, email graphics, landing pages, social media ads, responsive interactive assets,
Review websites for quality and design consistency
Occasionally create branding elements including logos, collateral, presentation design (Keynote/PowerPoint), and basic brand guides
Assist with creative strategy and planning creative marketing brief
Maintain knowledge of current marketing trends and digital design best practices Other duties as assigned
brand standards and alignment with marketing strategies.

· Requirement:

Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Communicate and collaborate with other team members throughout projects
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
