We are seeking an experienced HRBP to join our dynamic team as a key player in our Operation Department. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for providing HR support to the operational functions of our company. You will work closely with the Operation team to ensure effective HR processes are in place to support the business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain effective relationships with managers and employees in the Operation Department to provide HR support.
Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives.
Advise managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Partner with the Learning & Development team to provide training and development programs for employees.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, including employment law and regulation.
Provide guidance and support for compensation and benefits administration.
Develop and implement HR initiatives that support the Operation Department's business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRBP role
Proven experience working in an operation department or similar fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
Ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions to HR challenges
Strong project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
