We’re looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as an Organizational Development Specialist. This role is responsible for designing initiatives and tools to performance management, development planning, succession planning, engagement, and culture change across the enterprise.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead annual performance management process, process, forms, tools/resources, communication plan, and timeline.
Design and/or implement engagement surveys to gather insights and measure the engagement level of associates.
Develop and facilitate training tools and/or resources relevant to current talent management processes.
Research, identify and provide best practices relevant to current talent and organization development processes.
Conduct competency validation, profiling, and other needs assessment methods to identify and prioritize organizational needs and gaps.
Planning and following up on the off-boarding process for all new personnel
Needs assessment and identification of organizational and personal development needs of employees.
Collaborating with managers to ensure effective performance management conversations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in I/O Psychology or Organizational Development, or Human Resources required4
2+ years’ experience in related field
Experience and knowledge of organizational behavior, adult learning principles, organization design, and training and development techniques
Scientific/statistical knowledge for Predictive Modeling
Experienced with complex database management skills and large data
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
