Okala is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key clients to ensure long-term business growth and success. As a Key Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our key clients and will work closely with them to understand their business needs and provide them with exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver analytical report
continuously site visit and prepare a report from it
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding and implementation of SOP.
Maintain regular communication with new clients to address any concerns or issues and ensure their satisfaction.
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of the most important clients to ensure they are happy and cared for with the service
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and requests
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to KA’s in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key KA’s and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by KA’s and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Prepare regular reports of progress, performance, and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as a Key account manager
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
Strong follow-up approach and result oriented (AKA an agile doer)
Familiar with data interpretation and ability to prepare intermediate reports
The ability to use Excel is a must (Or other spreadsheets platforms such as G-sheets)
