Our mission is to create a unique experience of online shopping for all people throughout Iran and this is only achievable with the help of our Product team. Now we are looking for new teammates for our new business line in the field of product management to participate and accompany in cooperation with other team members in the development of software products.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute an ambitious product roadmap, collaborating with leadership, partner teams, and key stakeholders across the company to deliver against goals.
- Utilize customer research, market research, and data to identify the most critical customer needs and validate solutions that solve those needs.
- Manage the development process, collaborating with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
- Write clear, thoughtful product requirements and feature descriptions.
- Define and monitor product success metrics using data-driven goals.
- Motivate and lead the team to drive progress and achieve objectives.
- Identify opportunities to offer industry-leading, differentiated experiences that align with the company's mission and vision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
- +2 years of experience in the related field
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to details
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Team Player
- Willingness to learn and adapt as the requirements grow and change
