شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Agile team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Senior Scrum Master.


Responsibilities:

  • Appropriate knowledge in agile practices (Scrum and Kanban) and project management for implementation in different teams of the organization, from product teams to business teams.
  • Lead and manage the agile program, including overseeing multiple scrum teams and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Act as the Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, facilitating sprint events. Identify and remove impediments that hinder the progress of program delivery.
  • Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and best practices to drive continuous improvement in delivery quality and velocity.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and innovation within the program team(s) to promote agility in product development.
  • Develop metrics to measure team performance and provide regular reporting on key agile KPIs to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and align program objectives with the organization's overall OKRs, ensuring that each team's goals contribute to the achievement of broader company objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish clear and measurable key results that support the program's objectives, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor and track progress against OKRs using data driven insights, providing regular updates to leadership on the program's performance and identifying any areas that require attention or adjustment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to cascade organizational OKRs down to individual teams, ensuring a cohesive alignment between departmental, team, individual goals, providing updates on team progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Managing Jira and Confluence as an administrator
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a program management or scrum master role
  • Demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills in leading Agile teams and promoting best practices.
  • Proven experience in implementing OKRs within an organization, including defining objectives, establishing key results, and driving alignment across teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Agile project management (PMBOK 7), with the ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and champion the adoption of Agile processes at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex programs or projects with multiple stakeholders, delivering high-quality results within time constraints while adhering to Agile principles.
  • Proficiency in using relevant tools for Agile project management like jira and confluence and OKR tracking tool.
  • A track record of driving continuous improvement through regular retrospectives, fostering a culture of learning and adaptation within the program.
