شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Project Management team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-level project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Coordinate and oversee the project activities and tasks, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including internal and external partners, investors, and customers.
  • Monitor and report on the project progress, performance, quality, and risks to the CEO and other senior executives.
  • Implement and enforce quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating them when necessary.
  • Conduct project reviews and evaluations to measure and improve project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Document and archive the project deliverables, lessons learned, and recommendations for future projects.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
