In Okala You will be the one responsible for the pricing and merchandising strategy to engage customers and drive revenue. overall promotion and product setup will also be part of your duties.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategies for merchandising and pricing to maximize visibility and achieve uplifts in revenue, conversion rate, and average order value (AOV).
Analyze data or insights of the entire platform to determine sales trends and drive day-to-day optimization
Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of relevant experience with a focus on online sales
Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
