As a Sales Expert specialist in Okala, you will manage the client's accounts, maintain reports, and monitor solution strategies.
Responsible:
Create and maintain long-term strategic relationships with stores
Collect and analyze store data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Provide reports to stores based on contract
Create a complete understanding of the mutual needs of the store and platform
Manage communications between stores and internal teams
Strategic planning to improve store results
Provide timely reports and forecasts of all required reports and documents to relevant parties
Review competitor pricing and ensure competitive prices on the platform
Introduce and propose to create campaigns based on market conditions, competitor performance, and events
Negotiate with stores to activate the maximum number of products on the platform according to the physical inventory of the store
Inspect and monitor stores in person across the country
Requirements:
Bachelor of Commerce or other related fields
Having 2 years of experience in the commercial field and Q-Commerce
Ability to negotiate, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand store needs and convert them into practical solutions
business and Product Knowledge
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Software skills and sufficient knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
