Join the Systems Support team to provide technical support for computer networks and systems, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to business goals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day administration and performance evaluation of servers and network infrastructures, ensuring seamless operations.
Spearheaded the installation, operation, and maintenance of corporate server hardware and software, integrating advanced automation processes for efficiency.
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing issues, and assessing their impact.
Ensure the availability and service quality of IT systems.
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems, documenting and tracking issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in network/system Support.
Have a solid understanding of TCP/IP networking (subnets, firewall rules, DNS resolution, NAT, etc.).
Proficient in routing and switching (L2 and L3 protocols).
Be proficient in Windows Workstation/Server operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and Desktop Network configuration.
Apply advanced knowledge of virtualization, specifically in VMware virtualization.
Familiarity with HP servers and configurations, including RAID setups.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
