استخدام People Analytics Expert

شرح موقعیت شغلی

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reporting tools using PowerBI or similar platforms to provide insights into HR outcomes against key performance indicators.
  • Own the relationship with key stakeholders, partnering with them and relevant solutions teams to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
  • Design and implement innovative data visualization that drives workflow solutions and enhances operational efficiency.
  • Provide support and training to HR on strategic reporting tools as a subject matter expert.
  • Provide relevant data and insights to business leaders and HR partners as required.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives where people analytics support is required.
  • Contribute to the performance management process by analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and concepts, with a strong command of PowerBI.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
  • Good level of proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with HR data management is preferred.
  • A Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Human Resources, or equivalent experience is preferred; an advanced degree in Analytics or Data Science is a plus.
