About this Role:
As a Product Designer you need to work on multiple projects across different platforms, including Web, Desktop, Mobile, and even VR. Your main responsibility is to solve user problems with empathy. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to iterate, build, and launch usable customer experiences. You'll engage across all stages of a project, using your skills in concepting, prototyping, UX research, service design, and information design. Furthermore, you are in charge of evaluating your designs by Survey, or holding Usability Test sessions, in order to prepare a report on users’ feedback, and finalize your designs based on that feedback.

Responsibilities:

Design compelling user experiences that are engaging and sticky enough that we can engage a user to learn to read while enjoying it.
Design for extreme simplicity such that the product is immediately usable by anyone, regardless of age, education level, or previous exposure to digital products.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
Evaluation of your designs by doing a Survey or holding Usability Test sessions; and the ability to prepare a comprehensive report on users’ feedback and planning for the solutions to fix them (action plan).
Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes.
Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.

Requirements:

+ 4 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
A portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions.
Experience in UI/UX design for different platforms, including Web, Desktop, and Mobile.
Advanced skills in problem-solving and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design for platforms, including Web, Desktop, and Mobile.
Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms.
Proficient with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
Familiarity with style guides, design thinking, typography, color theory, content strategy, information architecture, interaction design, and UI specifications.
Expertise at developing and conveying ideas clearly in a written and visual format - making business concepts and data visually engaging.
Self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
