شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a startup studio designing state-of-the-art products and applications, we aim to acquire analytically-thinking business analysts. As we compete in the global market, we need problem solvers who detect the needs of a specific customer segment and find technology-based solutions to meet such needs. This job's responsibilities and requirements are listed as follows.


Responsibilities:



  • Reading industry-specific reports, articles, and academic papers.

  • Extracting trends and technologies shaping the future of a specific industry and trying to come up with worthwhile business ideas (for example, how technology is disrupting the traditional brick-and-mortar construction landscape)

  • Executing a comprehensive stakeholder analysis in a given industry, understanding the needs and pain points of all the parties involved, and designing a solution with a holistic view in mind

  • Designing a tailored solution based on insights extracted from industry reports and secondary data.

  • Being able to size the potential market of a business idea

  • Completing a thorough competition analysis and championing a well-defined positioning statement.

  • Writing 3-to-5-year financial projections in excel.

  • Designing a visually-appealing pitch deck based on the gathered information.

  • Documenting a comprehensive business plan consisting of a well-defined problem, our solution to that problem, the solution's features and specifications in detail, market-related information such as market size and competition, a go-to-market strategy, a complete marketing strategy, and a well-calculated financial plan.
 




Requirements:



  • Solid English Skills (IELTS: 7.5+)
    • Having the IELTS or TOFEL certificate is not necessary, but having that level of proficiency is crucial.
  • Solid research skills, especially among English materials and scientific articles.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must-have.
  • Experience in writing Business Plans is crucial.
  • Experience in designing Questionnaires and Surveys.
  • Excellent documentation skills in English.
  • Ability to tell a story with a visually-appealing pitch deck.
  • Familiarity with the idea validation process and customer discovery journey.
  • Familiar with Lean Startup Methodology.
  • Experience of founding/working in a startup or a startup media is a big PLUS!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines
