Position Overview: Junior UI/UX Designer
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team at Odyssey's Startup Studio. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences for our diverse portfolio of startups. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about design but possesses a solid foundation in UI/UX principles, with proficiency in utilizing Figma, working with components, and constructing application prototypes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Work seamlessly with Figma to create and maintain design systems and components.
Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and user flows.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights for design optimization.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure designs align with best practices.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design fundamentals.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
