شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are in need of an experienced Full-Stack (JavaScript) developer with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
Considering the nature of the tasks and collaboration method, we specifically require a senior developer.

Their mastery of these areas will be crucial:

Front-End:

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, Redux, and Tailwind CSS.
Modern authentication and security practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
PWA
Webpack, Workbox, and caching strategies for scalable web apps.
Socket IO
Performance Optimization

Back-End:

In-depth knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API development.
Experience with databases and ORMs.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms

General Software Engineering:

Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
Experience with software development best practices such as SOLID principles, design patterns, and version control (Git).
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for managing projects and workflows.
Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

In addition to the core requirements, the following qualifications are optional but recommended:

Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Completion of English language proficiency tests such as IELTS or TOEFL.

A formal non-disclosure agreement from the selected candidate is required.

The evaluation process for applicants will involve selecting suitable resumes, followed by sending a short online multiple-choice test to qualified candidates. Subsequently, individuals with high scores will be chosen for online interviews.
