شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Responsibilities:

  • Convey project scope and establish a timeline and required resources
  • Ensure scope, objectives, and schedule are clearly understood by the technical teams
  • Be accountable for the delivery of projects and or sprint backlog to the approved schedule, scope, or budget
  • Establish required processes and participate in making sure of the quality of the final delivery
  • Commit the team to deliver the features/ users stories of the sprint and check the pulse of this commitment at each team stand up
  • Identify and manage/ escalate project risks and issues 
  • Facilitate agile processes and best practices with your team and 
  • Establish, track, and create clear visibility to the product managers and stakeholders on project progress and forecasts of remaining efforts
  • Adapt, pivot, and change direction based on the product manager's direction and business needs
  • Escalate and or facilitate decision-making moments
  • Manage and obtain approval for changes to the project and or sprint backlog scope, schedule, or budget
  • Energize the team with a positive attitude
  • Convey and illustrate the fundamentals of iterative development
  • Clarify and track dependencies to other teams to ensure on-time delivery

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product manager to develop quarter roadmaps and timeline
  • Collaborate with the product manager to define epic and user stories 
  • Collaborate with the technical team to break down epics and stories into tasks and do an effort to estimate 
  • Collaborate with the technical team to effort estimate the deliverables
  • Monitor and make sure of project/ sprint progress with a proactive attitude
  • Holding team events like daily, planning, grooming, retro, etc
  • Managing sprint backlog and making sure it is updated daily
  • Update project progress reports and provide other types of reports to upper management  
  • Monitor QA processes to make sure of the quality of the final delivery
  • Assist teams in removing blockers and issues, escalate as needed
  • Understand and advocate your team’s capacity and ability to take on new work
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed

What are some must-haves?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years experience in the field
  • Experience leading a remote team
