شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Business Development in Nobitex plays a critical role in expanding the company's market share in a competitive fintech landscape.

Nobitex is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Development team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business operations and identifying opportunities for improvement.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and development.
  • Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities, and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
  • Analyze data and information to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for their adoption and implementation.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate solutions to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements or changes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or a related role.
  • Exceptional analytical and Critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Active Learning and Active Listening.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Mastery in the English Language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  •  Having knowledge and analytical skills in the field of cryptocurrency and Blockchain.
  • Ability to develop a business plan.

  • Have a working experience in FinTech companies is a plus
  • Experience in actively seeking and identifying opportunities to implement new contributions.
