Nobitex is looking for an experienced PO to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy.



Responsibilities:


  • Own and drive quarter roadmap development in collaboration with Stakeholders, PMs and developers. 
  • Collaborate with technical team to break down epics and stories into tasks and do an effort estimate.
  • Be accountable for the delivery of features and or sprint backlog to the approved schedule, scope, or budget.
  • Assist teams in removing blockers and issues, escalate as needed.
  • Convey and illustrate the fundamentals of iterative development.
  • Collaborate with PMs to plan and perform a successful launch.
  • Be accountable for backlog management and create well defined user stories.
  • Establish required processes and participate in making sure of the quality of the final delivery.
  • Commit the team to deliver the features/ users stories of the sprint and check the pulse of this commitment at each team stand up. 
  • Holding team events like daily, planning, grooming, retro, etc.
  • Practice agile processes with their team to increase efficiency and quality.  
  • Update team progress reports and provide other types of reports to upper management.  
  • Understand and advocate your team’s capacity and ability to take on new work.
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks. 
  • Energize the team with a positive attitude 

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the IT solutions 
  • Experience leading remote teams
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication
  • Having a proactive attitude
