The Marketing Department in Nobitex plays a critical role in building brand awareness, driving customer acquisition and retention, and promoting the company's products and services in the marketplace.

Nobitex is looking for an experienced, creative, and enthusiastic social media specialist to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase our online presence and improve brand awareness. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various marketing channels including Instagram and how to optimize content for maximum engagement.

Responsibilities:

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules. Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content.
Develop and execute social media campaigns and media plans for Instagram.
Work closely with copywriters, and designers to create effective content.
Define the most important social media KPIs and measure the success of each social media campaign and action.
Monitor and weekly/monthly report on social media KPIs, such as followers, Eng. Rates, and others.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Stay on top of current social media trends and evaluate how the company can best participate.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience as a social media specialist or similar role.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Knowledge of social media algorithms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong creative mindset, and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in creating reports and visualizations, and conveying information through visual presentations.
