استخدام Senior Level Game Designer

We are looking for a Senior Level Designer for one of our client in Game Development at Europe.

Our payment is in Euro

Necessary requirements:
- Professional knowledge of English Communication
- More than 6 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Create and contribute to original multiplayer level layouts  
  • Own the part of the level plays in the overall game experience based on the creative director’s vision 
  • Work with other disciplines and precisely, level artist to ensure that the playability of the level and the graphic elements support each other  
  • Build, script, and tune levels to final AAA quality 
  • Place and trigger entities (such as movers, objects, obstacles etc) to create fun and deep gameplay 
  • Oversee and maintain the design of levels by providing constant support and feedback to reach quality, core mechanics and vision  
  • Playtest, review and iterate levels for accessibility, understanding, and level of difficulty  
  • Develop topological and event continuity for  levels 
  • Contribute to prototyping, scenario creation, event scripting, game balancing, pacing, and gameplay tuning 
  • Help the game to improve in quality through constant playtesting, feedback aggregation and separation of actionable items from non- actionable ones 
  • Work with other designers to develop and maintain a beat chart for game experience 
Requirements

·       Must have experience in Level Design for AAA games or own a compelling portfolio  

·       Mastery of 3D level design tools and solid knowledge of game editors  

·       Strong creative skills 

·       A fine attention to quality and detail, both creatively and technically 

·       Strong understanding of multiplayer gameplay spaces and work with LA to unify all elements together   

·       Excellent organization and communication skills  

·       Great leadership and collaboration   

·       Demonstrated ability to work self-directed when necessary  

·       A gamer, with a strong passion for AAA games 

·       Excellent knowledge of video game industry 

·       Ability to put oneself in player’s shoes 

·       Experience in 3D modeling and geometry can be considered as a bonus
