AI Motion Designer

Novavaran Tejarat Pars | RCOINX

RCOINX is building a modern cryptocurrency trading platform. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented AI Motion Designer to develop the motion identity of our brand and turn real product features into engaging visual stories.

This is a hybrid, part-time position and does not require daily office attendance. However, the selected candidate should be available to attend in-person creative sessions for brainstorming, reviewing ideas and collaborating with the product, design and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create short motion videos introducing RCOINX features and user flows
Produce promotional videos for the RCOINX demo platform
Transform real product UI into engaging and easy-to-understand animations
Design the official RCOINX logo animation
Develop a consistent motion identity for the brand
Create pre-launch teasers and product launch videos
Produce content for Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube, LinkedIn and X
Develop concepts, scripts and storyboards for short-form videos
Create motion typography, transitions and UI animations
Use AI tools effectively for video generation and enhancement
Handle editing, music selection, sound effects and basic sound design
Prepare videos in different dimensions and formats for each platform
Collaborate with the product, design and content teams to represent features accurately

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects
Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience working with Figma and UI design files
Experience in product motion, UI animation or digital product videos
Familiarity with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora or similar platforms
Strong understanding of composition, rhythm, typography and visual storytelling
Ability to turn a technical product feature into a short and engaging video
Understanding of brand consistency and visual identity
Good English skills for working with AI tools, prompts and international resources
A strong and relevant portfolio

Responsible and committed to delivery deadlines
Able to manage a project independently from concept to final output
Open to feedback and capable of making revisions efficiently
Curious about new AI and video-production technologies
Able to avoid generic visual clichés commonly used in crypto content
Comfortable collaborating with product, design and content teams
Focused on quality and measurable output

Nice to Have

Previous experience with fintech, cryptocurrency or technology products
Experience in logo animation and sonic branding
Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender or other 3D tools
Experience producing short-form content for social media
Advanced prompt-writing skills for AI image and video generation

Working Arrangement

Hybrid and part-time collaboration
Daily office attendance is not required
Remote execution is possible for production tasks
In-person attendance is required for scheduled brainstorming, concept development and creative review sessions
Flexible working hours
Performance is evaluated based on creativity, quality, reliability and final output
