About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and technically minded Product Operations Manager to help coordinate product development, software projects, websites, automations and internal systems across the company.
This role sits between leadership, developers, designers and external contractors. You will be responsible for ensuring priorities are clear, projects move forward efficiently, blockers are removed and teams remain aligned.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate software, app and website development projects
• Lead product and technical prioritisation processes
• Manage developers, designers and technical contractors
• Track progress, deadlines, dependencies and risks
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Improve workflows, documentation and reporting systems
• Coordinate external suppliers and outsourced technical projects
• Support product launches, integrations and new initiatives
• Align product, technical and commercial priorities
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience managing software, digital product or technical projects
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, databases, frontend and backend systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and developers
• Experience prioritizing multiple projects and competing requirements
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Airtable, Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Notion or similar
• Excellent follow-up and execution skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
• Ability to review, prioritise and guide UI/UX improvements for websites, landing pages and mobile applications, with a strong understanding of user journeys and conversion-focused design.
• Good English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n
• Experience managing websites, apps and technical integrations
• Experience working with external agencies, freelancers and contractors
• Understanding of analytics, reporting and operational dashboards
